The start of 2021 wasn’t what many would have hoped for with the arrival of Lockdown 3.0, but we hope you are all keeping safe and well.
We are very grateful that we can continue to operate and supply you with your essential fuels to keep you cosy this winter. With the arrival of some very cold weather, and with many of you spending more time at home; we have been extremely busy trying to keep up with high levels of orders. I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your patience as there have been longer waiting times for log deliveries, and we can only apologise about that. We are working very hard to deliver as many logs as possible.
Current waiting time for logs is around a week; we hope that the waiting times will start to decrease, but with another cold spell on the way at the moment it does look set to remain busy for at least the rest of this month.
