2019 is off to a flying start and I cant quite believe its already February!!
We have had a really busy few weeks at Cosy Logs HQ! Our lovely kiln dried logs have been flying out of the door as the cold weather and snow sent us all reaching to stoke the fire! We still have plenty of logs in stock and the kiln is working flat out to keep up!
Don’t forget you can order online via our website, the online shop is open 24/7 so you can order when ever its convenient. Once you have placed your order I will be in touch to arrange a delivery day. If you have a specific day in mind please but this in the delivery notes box and we will do our best to fit you in. We are all so used to not having to wait for anything, and log deliveries are becoming no exception! We can not guarantee a next day delivery service, although you may be lucky and there are times when this does happen! Generally we work to a 3-4 day service, it just totally depends how busy we are that week and what day you order your logs! Clare works very hard in the office to try and fit everyone in, its a huge logistical nightmare sometimes. So please bare with us and we promise we are delivering your logs as quickly as we can, whilst trying to fit in deliveries to lots of different areas!
Logs can also be collected from us here at Ings. The mini dumpy bags are available (£18) or if you have a trailer or van you are welcome to collect a big bag. However, please ring in advance to arrange so we can make sure someone is here to load you.
January has been a very exciting month, as Nick and Clare found out they are a finalist in the Cumbria Family Business Awards!! They are extremely proud of what they have achieved over the last few years and to gain recognition like this really means a lot. The awards ceremony will be held on the 8th March, so watch this space (and our facebook page) to see how we get on. Well Done to all of the fabulous Family Businesses who have been named as finalists, it sounds like there has been a lot of very tough competition! Wishing everyone lots of luck for the big night!
